Made to order

Every piece is made by hand, to order. Small leather goods ship in three to four weeks; bags and highly custom work take around eight weeks, confirmed at consultation. Because each piece is made for you, orders cannot be cancelled once leather is cut, and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned.

Commissions

A 50% deposit secures your production slot; the balance is due when your piece is finished and ready to ship. The deposit reserves time in the work schedule and is therefore non-refundable once work has begun.

The guarantee

Every seam is guaranteed for the life of the piece — see Guarantee & Repairs.

Delivery

Pieces ship tracked and insured via Royal Mail. All US import duties and taxes are covered — see Shipping & US Duties.
